I know I was in good hands right from the moment I called Dr.Pipe. A great recommendation for the right replacement toilet for an elderly person and the whole process was handled professionally, quickly, and efficiently. Also needed the bathtub drain snaked. Elvis was fabulous. He was instant buddies with Mom’s cat, and he was very efficient. It was evident he was good at what he does. The experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Elvis replaced all the toilets and two faucets at my house a few months ago. Did an excellent job, answered all my questions, everything looking great so far. Also, Maxim provided great recommendations on replacement options from the start, speeding up the selection process considerably. Very happy with the result.

I had drain problems with my sink; they came out to fix it - but the problem persisted. I called them and they came out again to check. However, instead of trying again and doing a better job they said they would charge me the full amount again if they were to repeat the procedure. Really?!

We had drain problems with our sink and Elvis from Dr. Drain and Plumbing fixed it quickly and efficiently. All shiny and new under the sink now! Nice people to deal with.

I had a running toilet in my bathroom and a basement shower spout that needed to be replaced. Elvis came and did a great job on both repairs. He arrived right on time, did the repairs quickly, and charged a very reasonable fee for the work. You’ll find that he is very personable, polite, considerate of his customers’ needs, and very happy to answer any questions. For any future plumbing repairs, Dr. Pipe is definitely the only company that I’ll ever call.

I received this name from a friend who was very happy with their job. I contacted them mid- morning Friday for a toilet that kept running. They told me they would be here between 1-4.Elvis arrived - punctual, professional, respectful and such a lovely person. He explained all about my toilet, as they are all different, and told me what had to be done. Of course I went ahead. He worked quickly, cleanly and at reasonable price. He checked the replaced part twice to make sure it was operating properly. Make sure you make note of this company and phone number. You will be very glad you did. Thank you Elvis for a great job.
