I had drain problems with my sink; they came out to fix it – but the problem persisted. I called them and they came out again to check. However, instead of trying again and doing a better job they said they would charge me the full amount again if they were to repeat the procedure. Really?!

I had a running toilet in my bathroom and a basement shower spout that needed to be replaced. Elvis came and did a great job on both repairs. He arrived right on time, did the repairs quickly, and charged a very reasonable fee for the work. You’ll find that he is very personable, polite, considerate of his customers’ needs, and very happy to answer any questions. I received this name from a friend who was very happy with their job. I contacted them mid- morning Friday for a toilet that kept running. They told me they would be here between 1-4.Elvis arrived – punctual, professional, respectful and such a lovely person. He explained all about my toilet, as they are all different, and told me what had to be done. Of course I went ahead. He worked quickly, cleanly and at reasonable price.
