I could easily write a three-page essay about my incredible experience with Mr. Pipe, but I’ll keep it brief. From my first meeting with Elvis and Justin, to the phone call I made to Max just to sing their praises and book the job, all the way through to the final results—this was quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a trades team, especially as a female homeowner.

Elvis and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did everything I wish contractors always would—but over the years, I’ve learned to lower my expectations after too many letdowns. My usual mindset? Hire someone, then prepare to clean up the mess afterward. Not this time.

They tackled a serious toilet/sewage/cast iron stack issue and turned it into a clean, functional setup with impressive speed and top-notch workmanship. They delivered exactly what was promised—and then some. Highly recommended!
