I had a sewage back up problem. I called a service that would have caused a lot of problems, so I decided to look for another plumbing company and I found Dr. Pipe. Max came the same day and he was familiar with my back water valve. The problem was solved with no digging. They installed a special pipe, so the tree roots can no longer invade the sewage pipes. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up and I am very happy with the outcome. Max explained the process and I was very impressed how he worked with his staff. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. I can very much recommend this company.

Update: I've been now using Dr.Pipe team for years for different rental properties we have. They are the best.
My house is an old street in Toronto with a weird slope bunch of issues that come out of it. I had different plumbing companies for years, that just kept coming back to solve the same issues. Working with Dr.Pipe was breath of fresh air. They've changed the sump pump, and no more flooding or blocked drains!

I've been using Dr.Pipe for a few years now. Have a couple of rentals and he has done everything from snaking drains to replacing the main drain at one location with minimal disruption. Most recently my parents had a backup and Dr Pipe was out the next day and was quick and clean. pricing is reasonable and the entire team communicated well on what's going on. Will defiantly continue to use them

5 stars is not enough. This company and their people do amazing work. If you are trying to find someone to trust, trust this crew of people. They are responsive, provide honest quotes, and do an amazing job. They handled my basement backwater valve from start to finish, including city rebate, and helped answer rebate questions even after the work was done. During the work they took such good care to not make a mess by placing down tarps and tarping off the work area, that is true service! keep up the good work Dr.Pipe and team! Will call next time I need more plumbing work!
