I had drain problems with my sink; they came out to fix it - but the problem persisted. I called them and they came out again to check. However, instead of trying again and doing a better job they said they would charge me the full amount again if they were to repeat the procedure. Really?!

I had a running toilet in my bathroom and a basement shower spout that needed to be replaced. Elvis came and did a great job on both repairs. He arrived right on time, did the repairs quickly, and charged a very reasonable fee for the work. You’ll find that he is very personable, polite, considerate of his customers’ needs, and very happy to answer any questions. For any future plumbing repairs, Dr. Pipe is definitely the only company that I’ll ever call.

I received this name from a friend who was very happy with their job. I contacted them mid- morning Friday for a toilet that kept running. They told me they would be here between 1-4.Elvis arrived - punctual, professional, respectful and such a lovely person. He explained all about my toilet, as they are all different, and told me what had to be done. Of course I went ahead. He worked quickly, cleanly and at reasonable price. He checked the replaced part twice to make sure it was operating properly. Make sure you make note of this company and phone number. You will be very glad you did.

Very happy with the work that I done today to fix some issues that were causing a nuisance. Elvis did an amazing job. He was prompt, thorough, kind and explained his process in detail which I appreciate very much as a first time home owner who doesn't know a whole lot about plumbing/home repairs.
