Elvis did a remarkable job of replacing the toilet bowl's mechanism at reasonable price. Explaining all the work in detail was very much appreciated. Timely, politely, cleanly, Elvis completed the job within an hour. I was very impressed with this young man, his confidence and his skills.

I know I was in good hands right from the moment I called Dr.Pipe. A great recommendation for the right replacement toilet for an elderly person and the whole process was handled professionally, quickly, and efficiently. Also needed the bathtub drain snaked. Elvis was fabulous. He was instant buddies with Mom’s cat, and he was very efficient. It was evident he was good at what he does. The experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Elvis replaced all the toilets and two faucets at my house a few months ago. Did an excellent job, answered all my questions, everything looking great so far. Also, Maxim provided great recommendations on replacement options from the start, speeding up the selection process considerably. Very happy with the result.

I had drain problems with my sink; they came out to fix it - but the problem persisted. I called them and they came out again to check. However, instead of trying again and doing a better job they said they would charge me the full amount again if they were to repeat the procedure. Really?!
