A close friend has recommended Mr. Pipe and I’m so glad I followed up. Thoroughly impressed and happy with the service I received today (roots in old clay pipes/toilet drain of our bsmt bathroom).
Elvis was amazing. Arrived promptly, and very thoroughly investigated the issue. Unlike another well-known rooter service who indicated they couldn’t scope the area of concern, Elvis worked super hard to get at a very tough root, was able to ultimately snake and camera at the area of concern, successfully breaking up the root system.
He then spent a long time assessing the situation and ensured that I understood different options.
A total pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Our shower drain was clogged, and kept getting clogged, but Elvis came in and not only did he clear the clog, but he also took the time to clean out the calcification in the drain. Very happy with his service and the care he took to do it right.

I had a stubborn clog that wouldn’t budge, so I called for a snaking service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Elvis and Justin arrived on time, were extremely professional, and explained everything clearly before getting started. They worked efficiently and made sure to thoroughly clear the blockage, leaving my drains flowing nicely again.
